Nostalgia grips players with the reappearance of the original Fortnite Battle Royale map.
Time can change many things, but some memories last forever. This is the case for Fortnite players who have seen how the game map has undergone many changes since its launch in 2017. But for the nostalgic veterans of the original map, there is finally a solution!
Atlas Creative recreated the original Battle Royale map
With the release of Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2, players saw the map change once again, saying goodbye to Faulty divisions and the home of Mega City’s new point of interest, as well as new biomes inspired by Japanese architecture. However, for those who fancy reliving the early days of Fortnite, Atlas Creative has created the ultimate solution by recreating the original Fortnite map with Unreal Engine 5, allowing the development of custom game modes.
Studio Atlas Creative has created a version of the original Battle Royale map using the new Fortnite Creative 2.0. The availability of this map allows players to rediscover iconic locations such as leaning towers and loot lake, as well as all points of interest and original loot. To play this version, simply enter code 2179-7822-3395 after following the steps to access a normal Fortnite Creative map.

While the creative tool is very powerful, Atlas Creative reported on its official Twitter account that the the map had memory issues and some parts had to be scaled down. Additionally, the studio admitted there were other bugs affecting the map and apologized to players and promised an update soon.

Despite the difficulties encountered, Creative 2.0 it can be the new center of attention for gamers and content creators, offering a world of possibilities to explore. Thanks to the tools published by Epic, it is now possible to bring back the original Fortnite map, giving players the opportunity to relive the experience of the early days.
