Fortnite Bastion outposts have been on the island since the start of the season, although this is the first time they’ve been specifically mentioned by that name. That means they might not look familiar to you if you’ve seen them in Fortnite Cipher Quests as places you should visit, but don’t worry, they’re pretty easy to track down when you know what you’re looking for. They’re all visible on the main map screen, though unmarked, so that’s where you need to go to visit Bastion Outposts in Fortnite.
Where are the Bastion Outposts in Fortnite?

There are a total of four Fortnite Bastion outposts, which are perhaps unsurprisingly located around the location named Brutal Bastion in the snowy biome in the far northeast of the island. All four are waypoints, which I marked on the map as follows:
- solitary sanctuary
- the stone tower
- Aegis Temple
- The Hall of Whispers
For the related quest, you need to visit three Bastion outposts in Fortnite, which means you don’t have to go to all of them. I recommend skipping The Hall of Whispers, as the other three are much closer. If you pick up any of the Fortnite dirt bikes in this area, you can quickly cycle through them all, as you don’t need to enter or do anything other than just “visit” by passing by each location. You also don’t need to visit all three Fortnite Bastion Outposts in the same match, although they do need to be three different ones, so try to keep track of where you’ve been before and avoid duplicate you.
