Valve recently revealed that the Paris Major will be the final Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Major, followed by the first Counter-Strike 2 Major in March 2024.

Well now, PGL has shared a bunch of additional details about this upcoming event, revealing that it will take place in Copenhagen, Denmark, from March 17-31. We’re told fans will be able to head to the country’s Royal Arena for the tournament, which will see 24 of the world’s top teams compete for part of a monstrous $1.25 million prize pool.

Not only will this be the first CS2 Major, but it will also be the first that Denmark has ever hosted, even though the country has a very rich and decorated history in the competitive Counter-Strike scene.

Tickets for this tournament should be available soon.
