EA Sports PGA Tour is just weeks away from coming to PC and consoles after its recent brief delay which will see it debut on the opening weekend of the Masters season. The blog post confirms that players will be able to customize the character before deciding where they start on the PGA Tour schedule, or go through amateur competitions. It also shows us that, just like in real golf, players will have to prove they should be in top tournaments by making the cut and earning seats in events, as well as being able to use an AI Pairings feature to exit on the course alongside an AI-controlled golfer.
Additionally, it delves into the RPG progression system and move types, which will allow players to tackle more demanding courses after leveling up, and even briefly explains the various attributes you can level up to improve your golfer.
