Stranger from Heaven: Final Fantasy Origin is now available for PC via Steam. While initially available through the Epic Games Store, this reimagining of the first Final Fantasy the game is now available on another digital store. However, while crossplay was not available for Stranger from Heaven: Final Fantasy Origin on all consoles, it seems to be very much the case for PC gamer rigs.

The PC version of Koei Tecmo from Nioh 2 allowed Steam players to choose to play with players who had purchased the game through the Epic Games Store. However, a message asking if players want to access this type of crossplay in Stranger from Heaven: Final Fantasy Origin It does not appear when starting the game. Also, going to the “Online Settings” option shows that there are only three toggles for players. These include zone matchmaking, chat customization, and whether character voices will be enabled to use voice chat lines.

As it stands, there is currently no crossplay for Stranger from Heaven: Final Fantasy Origin. This passes between the consoles and the PC. The details imply that only PlayStation gamers can play PlayStation gamers, and the same goes for those playing on an Xbox platform. What about PC gamers? It seems that only Steam users can play with Steam users, and those who purchased the game from the Epic Games Store can only play with others who purchased the game from this platform.

Stranger from Heaven: Final Fantasy Origin is available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC via the Epic Games Store and Steam.
