Activision Blizzard has revealed new details about the Diablo IV beta, which will have two parts, an open beta and early access. The beta will be available on Windows PC, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.
Players who pre-purchased the title will have the early access from March 17 at 5:00 p.m. to March 20 at 8:00 p.m., peninsular time. The following weekend, it will be the turn of open beta for everyone Available on From March 24 at 5 p.m. to March 27 at 9 p.m. . As the Open Beta and Early Access weekends approach, the ability to download the game will become available.
During the beta, players will be able to play the prologue and all of act 1. This allows players to explore the first area of the title, Fractured peaks, although they will not be able to pass level 25 with their character. Speaking of restrictions, it is clear that the beta version has some limitations. Only three character classes are available in Early Access; rogue, barbarian and wizard. To these we need to add two more when the full open test arrives; druid and necromancer. Players can create up to 10 characters, these will be available all weekend until the end of the beta. Also at this time, the ability to play local and online co-op will be enabled.
