Blizzard Entertainment has announced the changes and improvements coming to the Diablo 4 Open Beta.
The first stage of the Diablo IV beta, intended for players with reservations, has come to an end. Tomorrow, in turn, the open tests will begin for all those interested. With this second phase of the beta in mind, Blizzard has prepared an update that will fix some of the issues.
Diablo 4: bug fixes in open beta
There are quite a few changes:
- fixed a bug that prevented a counter from displaying correctly on some PCs while waiting in the queue;
- tails are assumed to be shorter overall;
- Fixed an issue that caused characters to stutter in an Adventure.
- people with 16 GB of RAM will no longer have trouble selecting high-texture settings;
- Improved boss (Ashava) spawn times.;
- Fixed a UI bug that caused some completed missions to be marked as not started;
- The game is supposed to be more stable overall and it crashes less often.
Diablo 4 – ultra-wide resolutions
During testing, players also discovered something that could turn out to be a big problem.
- In addition to the standard 16:9 resolutions, Diablo IV supports the 21:9 ultra-widescreen.
- The problem is that the ability to teleport allows you to move anywhere on the screen, so those with ultra-wide monitors (or those without, which force this resolution by accepting bars blanks at the top and bottom of the screen) have a big advantage over the rest. players
This is well illustrated in the following video:
