Chainmonsters, a blockchain-based MMORPG game developed by B-Side Games, has announced that it will be moving from the Flow blockchain to Immutable X ahead of its official release on March 6th. This move will allow players to generate NFTs from within the game and will provide the development team with access to more developer tools, including Immutable Passport, which will allow them to focus more on game development and updates.
Additionally, Chainmonsters has announced that their game will be available on the Epic Games Store. The game is entirely NFT-based, and players catch, fight, and train monsters in a Pokemon-style of play.
The in-game market lets players buy clothes, power-ups, catering items, and food. The game’s story takes place in the fictional world of Ancora, divided into eight islands, and players must catch Chainmons and train or breed them.
