Although it seemed like the Fast and Furious franchise ended with Brian O’Conner’s story in Furious 7, following the tragic death of Paul Walker. it now looks like the next Fast X will see the character’s return and farewell.
Speaking to Total Film (thanks, GamesRadar), wine Diesel talked about O’Conner and added that the saga won’t end without saying goodbye to the character of Walker.
“At this time in 2013, when the world was grappling with his loss, the studio made a very bold, fair, and audacious decision to keep Brian O’Conner alive. I’ll tell you this without spoiling anything: I don’t I couldn’t imagine this saga ending without actually saying goodbye to Brian O’Conner.”
This certainly means Cody Walker (Paul’s brother) is once again using his face as a platform to digitally recreate the late actor, assuming what Diesel is saying is about Brian O’Conner’s return to the big screen.
