Ubisoft today released the Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Update 1.2.1 for download. As the publisher announced in the forum for the action role-playing game, the around 15 gigabyte patch will be available from around 1 p.m. for the individual platforms.

The patch notes with the changes and innovations are also available. With the update, the creators play a support for the Wrath of the Druid DLC, which will be released on May 13 as part of the Season Pass. Another download of the add-on is required on the day of the release.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Update 1.2.1 also gives Eivor new skills. With Cold Rage, you ignore interrupted slashes while performing a series of standard melee attacks. With “Eye of the North”, however, you do not flinch if you are hit while aiming with a bow.

With “Deep Grudge”, on the other hand, you ignore interrupted blows, the next time you parry with your offhand or perform a special attack. The effects recharge after a few seconds.

The list of changes and new features for the Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Update 1.2.1 also includes bug fixes and gameplay optimizations. For example, an option is added to the gameplay menu to toggle the “cinematic camera style” on and off for combat closings.

The developers also fix a problem that prevented the duel with Dag from starting after sleeping in “A Storm Is Coming Together”. There are also bug fixes for individual quests, optimizations of the river raids and adjustments to the user interface. You can find the patch notes in the AC Valhalla forum.
