A few days ago, the reggaeton legend, Daddy Yankee, announced that he will retire from music, also confirming his tour “The last return world tour” and a new album, which was released this Thursday, March 24.

Artists who have collaborated with Daddy Yankee include  Mike Towers, Bad Bunny, Sech, Rauw Alejandro, Nile Rodgers, Natti Natasha, Becky G, Pitbull, El Alfa, Lil Jon and Michal Buffer.

Just a few hours ago, the king of this genre of urban music released those that have already become musical hits. The songs “Champion”, “Forever” and “REMIX” stand out.

It was in the ’90s when the Puerto Rican rose to fame with the reggaeton genre. One of his first works was “Gasolina” , a song that broke records in the industry.

Now, at 45 years old , Yankee has announced that he will retire from music, leaving a legacy in the history of urban music.
