A house that was briefly inhabited by Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck is looking for new owners for a million-dollar figure
A century-old Beverly Hills mansion that was once rented by Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck has just shaken up the area’s real estate market with the news that it has been put on the market for $85 million.
The current value of the house is much higher than that paid 3 years ago by Australian tycoon James Parker, who bought it for $64 million dollars, so we will have to keep an eye on whether the market will pay what he was asking for his mansion.
The house, located on a one-acre lot, has an extension of 24,325 square feet and several structures that together have 12 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms.
It also has a foyer, kitchen, dining room, living room, main living room, family room, bar, wine cellar, tobacco room, gym, movie theater, sauna, two garages for eight vehicles, laundry room, among other rooms.
Outside, it has a terrace, extensive green areas, swimming pool with its respective spa area, pool house, barbecue area, among other amenities.
