Las Vegas police are investigating rapper Cardi B on suspicion of assault after she threw a microphone into the audience during a performance this weekend.
A woman claimed to have been struck by the object and claimed to have bruises from the impact.

It is unknown if the accuser was also the same person who dunked the star.
According to U.S. media, show attendees reported that the singer had asked for water to be thrown on her due to the intense heat wave.
It is not the first time that Cardi B presents an aggressive behavior.
According to the Daily Mail, she also used a microphone as a projectile one night before, that time at a nightclub to assault a DJ who allegedly cut her songs too soon.
In recent months there have been a number of problematic interactions between artists and fans during concerts. Harry Styles, Drake and Bebe Rexha were all hit by cell phones thrown on stage by certain attendees.
