Britney Spears shocked admirers and onlookers after opening up about controversial parts of her life with one of the biggest pop icons in history
Britney Spears, 41, published an outburst after the repercussions of bombastic passages from her biographical book on Friday (20). The singer said she didn’t like the calls from news outlets on the subject and guaranteed that her lines were not intended to offend anyone.
“The purpose of my book was not to offend anyone in any way! It was me and it’s in the past. I don’t like the calls I’m reading,” the artist wrote. That’s exactly why I quit show business 4 years ago… I’ve moved on and it’s a fresh start! Anyway, this is the last time and it happens!”.
Britney Spears clarified that the book is a way of bringing closure to some issues from the past so that she can “have a better future”: “I hope it sheds light on those who feel particularly lonely, in pain and confusion,” concluded the star, stressing that she didn’t want to offend anyone with it.
