Lego is really no stranger to creating car-based sets. Over the years there have been many different sets, and lately this has been expanded with the Bugatti Chiron, Land Rover Defender 90 and now the Peugeot 9X8 hypercar.
As revealed in a new press release, the set is inspired by the same car that was first unveiled last year and will debut at Le Mans very soon. It will be a 1:10 scale replica featuring four-wheel drive, a model V6 engine attached to the rear wheels and an electric motor attached to the front, all in one set including 1,775 individual pieces.
The Lego Technic Peugeot 9X8 24H Le Mans Hybrid Hypercar will also measure 13cm high, 22cm wide and 50cm long when fully built, and will cost €199.99, with the set debuting on May 1.
