Disney’s Dreamlight Valley April update is just around the corner and will bring its die-hard fans plenty of new features and bug fixes on April 5th. This is the game’s fourth update since Early Access, and it’ll even include some new Easter-based events – we can assume the Egg Hunt will be in the game. Below is a breakdown of what to expect from this update for Disney Dreamlight Valley in Update 4.

Disney Dreamlight Valley April 4 Update Patch Notes
New and improved
- The New Realm presents The Lion King, bringing Simba and Nala to the valley.
- A Pride Rock that you can add to your valley.
- A Celebration for Disney Parks will take over on the new Star Path, providing new elements to bring some of your favorite rides to the parks.
- Scrooge’s shop is getting new items again, including fun mushroom-inspired outfits and more.
- New items are coming to the Premium Shop. These items will be available for a limited time, including some The Little Mermaid items inspired by Prince Eric.
- A new Eggstravaganza event will arrive on April 8 and run until the 29th.
- Animal companions will now receive new craftable items such as toys and houses for them.
- New selfie feature where you can take a photo in photo mode with your animal companions.
- A new ability to move faster through your valley that allows you to float.
- Sitting now will energize you, but very slowly.

Major bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where players were unable to hang out with Eric.
- Fixed a bug that caused issues when players wanted to power bugs.
- Fixed the following quests: A Festival of Friendship, The Definition of a Hero, Restaurant Renovation, Remy’s Cookbook, Judgment Day, and The Missing Prince.
- One of the new items, the Spacecraft Hubhole window item will now display a space background as expected.
- And some other bug fixes have been made in this update.
