Con greatest ryza 3, Gust selected Reche, who previously played Chelly with EGOIST, to perform the opening theme song “That Summer Hideout” and Suis to sing the ending theme song “Travellers”. Siliconera got a chance to hear both singers’ thoughts on the experience and the game.
Jenni Lada: How did you feel when you found out that your song and music would appear on Biggest Ryza 3?
filling: As I was still at the beginning of my solo career, wondering if I was even known to my fans, I was surprised and happy to be offered this opportunity. It was a dream of mine to sing the main theme for a game.
am: Summer adventures are a very strong theme for me, so I was thrilled to have the opportunity to resonate with the world of Ryza!
How much backstory and information did they give you in advance?
filling: The story synopsis, or any other central part of the story, has not been shared with me. So I recorded the song imagining the story from the lyrics they gave me.
am: I knew it was a summer story, a story of boys and girls growing up, and there was something alchemical about it. I couldn’t play the game before the registration, so after finishing the registration, I relaxed and enjoyed the world of Ryza.
What kind of themes and emotions did you try to convey with your music for Biggest Ryza 3?
filling: The song is sung with as much emotion as possible, combining the excitement and brightness of the beginning with the loneliness and sadness of the end. As a gamer, I am eagerly awaiting the release of the game.
am: Since it’s last summer…, I sang the song with the feeling of something that warmly cares for everyone, even if it has no form, like the house winds waiting for Ryza and his friends, or like the memories themselves that accompany them. .
I think Ryza and her friends have something beyond pain shining on them so they can face the end of their adventure.
Is there anything you would like people to know about your songs and acting before the final?
filling: Although it is sad that the story ends in Biggest Ryza 3I’d love to hear how this theme song, which you’ll likely hear first in the game, resonates with you when you think back to the game.
am: This is a long-awaited new release! I’m still a novice adventurer, but I’ll do my best to catch up with you as soon as possible! At the same time, I will be waiting for you with songs at the end of last summer. I wish you all a wonderful adventure.
