There are several legendary Pokémon to choose from in Pokémon Go, and not all are created equal. They have unique types, distinct attacks, and exceptional stats that set them apart, which means you need to be careful which ones you use on your team. Incarnate Forme Thundurus is one of those legendary Pokemon, and it’s worth knowing how to best use it when playing Pokemon Go. Here’s what you need to know if Incarnate Forme Thundurus is good and how to use it at best in Pokemon Go.

How to Best Use Incarnate Form Thundurus in Pokémon Go

Incarnate Form Thundurus is one of the three Legendary Pokémon of the Forces of Nature. He is a flying and electric type, and due to his stats, he is considered a glass cannon of the three. For the Master League, where it normally thrives, it’s not the best Pokemon due to its squishyness. He’s generally a better choice for any PvE fight, serving as a heavy hitter in five-star raids or when battling Team Rocket.

There are several other best Electric-types you can use in the Master League, such as Zekrom, Raikou, Ampharos, or even Magnezone. The problem with Thundurus is the limited moveset and its overall stats. Although it’s only weak to Ice and Rock type moves, it doesn’t have the highest defense and there’s not much you can do to protect it from an opponent. If you’re looking for an attacker in your PvP team, this Pokemon certainly fits the bill, but it might fade too quickly.

For PvE, Incarnate Forme Thundurus is also good due to its high damage output. Therefore, you’ll want to use Thundurus’ best moveset to succeed in every battle: the fast Thunder Shock move and the Crunch and Thunder charged attacks.

Is the incarnate form Thundurus good in Pokémon Go?

Even though it’s a Legendary Pokemon, we don’t consider Encarnate Forme Thundurus to be a solid option. It has too low a defense stat to make it a worthwhile option when fighting opponents, even if you’re just trying to use it in PvE. There are better options out there for you, especially those with more unique types.
