One of the strongest weapons in Valheim in terms of one-hit damage is the Demolisher, an aptly named hammer. This weapon deals massive damage per hit and releases a four meter radius spherical shockwave capable of staggering and knocking down enemy targets within range. Also, there is no damage falloff when hitting multiple targets. The main downside is that wielding this hammer is quite clunky and you will lose a large amount of movement speed while equipped. However, few melee opponents can stand in your way when you get crushed by the Demolisher in Valheim.

To craft the Demolisher, you must have access to a Black Forge in Valheim, a workstation consisting of Black Marble × 10, Yggdrasil Wood × 10, and Black Core × 5. While Yggdrasil Wood is easily found in Biome Mistlands has many Yggdrasil Sprout Trees, finding Black Marble can be tricky. Black Marble is obtained primarily from the remains of giants, large bones left behind by the colossal residents of the Mistlands. Not to be confused with ancient armor or swords, the giant remains appear as large skulls or ribcages in the misty landscape. Finally, you can get Black Cores by exploring the Infested Mines of Valheim.
Once you’ve set up a Black Forge, the next step is to gather the materials needed to craft the Demolisher in Valheim. For this task, you will need Yggdrasil Wood ×10, Iron ×20, and Refined Eitr ×10. Iron can easily be obtained in the Mists by harvesting the aforementioned ancient armor or swords. As for Refined Eitr, it is a resource crafted by the Eitr Refinery, which is crafted from the same materials as Black Forge, including Black Metal and Sap.

Sap is obtained from the ancient, shining roots of the Mists using a sap extractor. This extractor requires technology from the Dvergr faction known as the Dvergr Extractor. While these dwarves aren’t initially bothered by your presence, keep in mind that they will turn hostile if you steal their extractors. After collecting the three required materials, combine them in a black forge to create the Destructive Unleashed Weapon in Valheim.
