Something’s Happening With The Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, And Xbox Series X Version Of Shadow Guardians: Demonic Purge. The game is currently listed as “not available separately” on the Microsoft Store. The Nintendo eShop page directs people to Wario “Oops! The information you are looking for cannot be found! error message. As of 9:30 a.m. ET on March 7, 2023, the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC versions are still available through the PlayStation Store and Steam. (Thanks, Jawmuncher on Resetera!)
Shadow Guardians: Demonic Purge is a fairly recent version of Inti Creates. A spin-off of a 2D action game from Gal Gun: Double Peace, mainly stars sisters Kamizono Shinobu and Maya. Both possess the ability to fight demons, and after Kurona encounters an extraordinary power and brings the demon world to human, the duo sets out to save the day. Along the way, they rescue classmates trapped in the school before it is turned into Kurona Castle, as well as some of the rail shooter’s other love interests.
Inti Creates did not mention anything about a possible problem with the game before the deletion of the Shadow Guardians: Demonic Purge Switch and Xbox versions from their respective digital stores. The game’s last update came on March 1, 2023, when a patch was released.
Shadow Guardians: Demonic Purge is available for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC, although Switch and Xbox versions are not currently available through the eShop and Microsoft Store.
