In Hogwarts Legacy, there are three Depulso Puzzle Rooms hidden around Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. A Depulso puzzle room is a large room that is essentially a large puzzle or set of puzzles. As you’d expect from the name, you mainly use Depulso to move objects around and solve those puzzles, but other spells are sometimes useful as well, especially Accio, which is basically the “pull” to the “push” by Depulso. Depulso Puzzle Room 1 is located in the long gallery between the potions room and the bell tower courtyard, and solving it is not an easy task.

How to complete the Depulso 1 puzzle room
To complete Depulso Puzzle Room 1, you must open three chests in hard-to-reach places. Each chest contains a piece of equipment, and opening the first two chests adds a new block to the puzzle room. Opening the third chest spawns a Collectible Chest in the hallway leading to the puzzle room, and it’s your reward for solving the Depulso 1 puzzle room.

Push or pull the cube that is one level above the ground to the west, then push or pull it to the north (the cube below will go with it), then pull to the east so that it is against the two cubes that are against the north wall. Now pull the cube that is two levels above the ground north, then west; then push it north, then east. You can now climb up to the cube which is one level above the ground and from there jump to the dube which is two levels above the ground and up to the first chest. Once you have the chest, hit the shiny, spinning thing to reset the room.

Push or pull the cube on the floor in the middle of the room to the north, so that it meets the cube against the north wall. Next, pull those two cubes south, then push them east so they form a bridge over the bottomless void. Push or pull the cube one level above the ground to the east, then pull it to the north. Now you can jump from the bridge to the cube of a higher level and from there climb up to get the next chest.

Push or pull the cube one level above the ground to the west, then push or pull it to the south, then pull it to the east (along with the pup it is now attached to). Climb on these two cubes, then jump on the cube that is floating two levels above the ground and collect the third and final chest.
