Details on the Fortnite Attack on Titan crossover are still somewhat scarce, but we can glean several key insights. First, main protagonist of AOT Eren Yager will be playable in the battle royale, probably as secret skin (opens in a new tab) to unlock. If it ties into the Battle Pass, you’ll likely be able to get it the same way Fortnite Geralt did, with a set of custom missions unlocking mid-season with the Eren Yeager skin rewarded for completing the first. set of challenges.
The other Attack on Titan item seen in leaks so far is a Mythical ‘Waist Grappler’ (opens in a new tab), as you can see in the image above. It is most likely the omnidirectional mobility equipment used by humans in the anime, to fight in 3D space when engaging titans in combat via a grappling hook system and other methods of propulsion. This could quite easily translate to Battle Royale as we’ve had several items like the Grapple Glove and Spider-Man web shooters before that are functionally similar, so expect to see players find this Mythic flying through the air.
