Lost Ark’s Tulubik Battleground is 96-player all-out PvP warfare

The Lost Ark Tulubik Battlefield update is almost here, so developer Smilegate and publisher Amazon Games have detailed what to expect from the colossal clash of factions in large-scale PvP mode for the fantasy RPG. A mix of co-op missions, boss battles, and 96-player Realm vs. Realm matches promise to give players plenty of reasons to stick with Lost Ark as the Diablo 4 beta news looms.

Once item level 1445 is reached, players will be able to travel to the new continent of Rowen, where two factions compete for their precious Sylmael Crystals. You’ll have to decide whether you’d rather align yourself with the machine-loving mercenaries of Preigelli, who want to maintain law and order, or with the rowdy pirates and wizards of Liebertane.

You’ll need to undertake a variety of different activities to aid your chosen side, which will advance you through a total of 15 faction ranks and earn the aforementioned Sylmael crystals. These can then be turned into the rewards you’re really looking for: upgrade materials, map packs, mounts, skins, and more. You’ll also get dedicated faction skins for higher ranks, allowing you to proudly display your allegiance. You can decide to change sides in the lane, although you will face a range penalty for your indecision.

There are co-op quests to complete, members of opposing factions to defeat and, of course, the grand scale of the Tulubik Battleground: 48-player realm vs. realm matches that let you capture bases and battle enemy forces to harness magic. The more bases you have, the faster your Magick accumulates, and the side that catches the most will be victorious.

Even though Rowen is a land of all-out war, it operates on a constant schedule, so take a look below and make sure your schedule is ready for action. You will, however, be able to join friend matches at other times, as long as you can muster a minimum of 30 players in total (using randomly selected teams), although you will not earn Sylmael Crystals for occasional fights.

To enter Tulubik’s battleground you need to be faction rank three and item level 1490. You can then either click on the Rowen’s battleground icon on your minimap or head directly to Regarbank Great Plans or Fighter’s Have, as well as major cities. . and your strength, to take action.
