Cadiz is celebrating. Between February 16 and 28 of that same month, the capital of Cádiz is colored with multicolored tones to celebrate its most emblematic, fresh and fun festival: the great City Carnival.
This 2023, although as usual in these festivities, the first phases of the Carnival Group Contest (COAC), have already taken place in the previous days, the kick-off is given on Thursday 16 with the finale of Ballads at the Falla Theater and the leap of celebrations in the streets hand in hand with the first concerts given by ADS KRU and Salvaje Lola.
Then the party will continue in the various squares of Cádiz with concerts, performances by orchestras and endless musical and cultural events that will last until the 28th, when, coinciding with the Day of Andalusia, the winners of the first prizes of this Carnival They will go up on the stage of San Antonio to end the festivities.
