Valorant’s latest set of patch notes sees the new 6.03 update come into play. fear, and fortunately the changes are not completely revolutionary.
Valorant patch 6.03: nerfs to Killjoy and Raze
Despite becoming the LGBTQIA+ icons of Omega Earth, Killjoy and Raze are getting some slight nerfs in this patch, but luckily they won’t send them to the bottom of Valorant’s tier list.
Killjoy’s adorable little mechanical threats (also known as turrets) increase their health from 125 to 100, meaning players will be able to destroy them more easily at the start of each match. Locking it will also cost more, skewing its ultimate in the mid to late game.
Raze’s Boom Bot also takes a hit, meaning we won’t be able to see it bouncing off multiple random surfaces for ten seconds like a wasp does on a window. Instead, its duration has been halved to five seconds, which is slightly more than Killjoy’s nerfs, but won’t affect players who are already using their mobility to dodge the exploding, grinning contraption.

If the Raze and Killjoy nerfs are affecting your playstyle, then it’s probably worth reviewing the best Valorant litters to keep your place in the Valorant ranks – I’m a Viper OTP, okay, I understand how much even the smallest of nerves hurts.
