París Ulises Cárdenas, a 67-year-old resident of the Bronx, has been missing since last Tuesday and his family is asking for the public’s help to locate his whereabouts.
That day the case was reported to the New York police and there is still no news about it. According to his niece Gabriela Vivanco, Mr. Cárdenas is a “vulnerable adult” because he suffers from serious health conditions and needs to take medication daily. He was described as 270 pounds and 5 feet 10 inches tall.
