Jack Wilshere has a team. At least until the end of the season. After spending the last weeks training with the rest of the squad at Bournemouth, the former West Ham and Arsenal midfielder, who just turned 29, has signed with the ‘cherries’ until summeror with the aim of finding regularity again.

Bournemouth already had Wilshere in their ranks. It was in the 2016/17 season, when he was recovering from an injury, and he played a total of 27 games. Now go back to the south of England, this time in Championship, to try to achieve promotion to the Premier League. After leaving Arsenal in 2018, Wilshere spent two years at West Ham but his constant physical problems limited his appearances to just 18 games.

Jason Tindall, Bournemouth coach, already warned in recent days of the possibility of signing Wilshere permanently: “When you have a footballer of the quality of Jack training with us, it would be foolish not to think about wanting to do something.”
