This meets one of the recommendations of the National Commission for Human Rights (CNDH), a decentralized institution that had suggested to the Undersecretariat for Human Rights, Population and Migration, which must guarantee the health of migrants in accordance with the context of the pandemic.

It is important to mention that given the conditions of the migration phenomenon and the people who go through this process, health tasks and the right to health are precarious, since the clandestinity with which these individuals operate greatly limits their ability to exercise these rights.

In addition to this, the presence of the new strain of coronavirus exacerbates is problem, since there is a current pandemic In the country, exposure and the risk of contagion increase according to the exercise of mobility of migrants.

For such reason that the government of Mexico decided to apply the vaccine Cansino, since it is a single dose and this facilitates the mobility of people within the republic; However, being subject to the State capacity to guarantee its applicationIt can only be done in authorized health centers.

Another element that can increase mobility between citizens of other nationalities is the economic crisis that brought with it SARS-CoV-2, because in almost the entire world formal economic activities were paralyzed for more than six months, which triggered unemployment and poverty.
