The Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, José Manuel Albares, has met with his Ukrainian counterpart, Dimitro Kuleba, and the Czech, Jan Lipavsk, within the framework of the informal meeting that the ministers of NATO Foreign.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, José Manuel Albares, has met with his Ukrainian counterpart, Dimitro Kuleba, and the Czech, Jan Lipavsk, within the framework of the informal meeting that the ministers of NATO Foreign.

The head of Spanish diplomacy spoke in his meeting with Kuleba about Spain’s support for kyiv and solidarity with the refugees and reiterated his commitment to a “free, sovereign and independent” Ukraine.

In his meeting with Lipavsk, Albares discussed bilateral issues, as well as the situation in Ukraine and the details of the next NATO Summit in Madrid, to be held on June 29 and 30.

Both meetings took place within the framework of Albares’s stay in Berlin on the occasion of the informal meeting of NATO, in which the allied ministers prepare the Madrid summit and discuss the accession of Finland and Sweden to the Atlantic Alliance.
