The leader of the Clan del Golfo drug trafficking axis is sent to prison

For these events, a prosecutor from the Specialized Directorate against Criminal Organizations accused alias “El Abogado” for the crimes of conspiracy to commit an aggravated felony; and the trafficking, manufacture and possession of narcotics.

The accused did not accept the charges, that is, he pleaded not guilty to what he is accused of; however, by order of a judge, he was taken into custody with the measure of police custody at La Picota prison in Bogotá.
