The deputies approved a law for Segob to manage the biometric data of the population

The plenary assembly of the Chamber of Deputies approved, during the session of March 14, the opinion issued by the General law on the operation of civil status registerswhich is granted to the executive branch, through the Ministry of the Interior (Segob), the ability to create and manage a national identity registration system (SID) with the demographic data registered in the civil register.
