The district attorney’s office must order the resumption of all proceedings in the case of Inti and Bryan

He Public minister reported, through his social networks, that the team of the special prosecutor of the Inti and Bryan case ordered to resume “the execution of all tax prosecutions” in the investigation into the deaths of these two young people, due to police repression during the marches against the government of Manual MerinoNovember 5, 2020.

The resumption of investigations, as indicated by the institution, also applies to the 78 citizens who were injured in these social mobilizations anti-government, which ended with the resignation of Merino as President of the Republic and of all the ministers of his cabinet.

“The prosecutor’s special team in the Inti and Bryan case has ordered that all tax proceedings be resumed in connection with the investigation into the death of Inti Sotelo, Bryan Painted and 78 other injured citizens, which occurred during the social mobilizations of November 2020”, tweeted the public ministry. However, within minutes, he decided to delete the post.
