The Taliban on Friday accused the United States of violating the agreement signed in February 2020 in Doha by carrying out “bombings against civilians”, after Washington accused them of not honoring their commitments.
The Taliban pledged to abide by the Doha agreement, which provides for the total withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan between now and May, and “did not violate this pact”, contrary to the Americans who “violate it almost daily”, carrying out ” shelling of civilians, houses and villages,” Taliban spokesman Mohammad Naeem told AFP.
