Santiago Creel challenged AMLO to reveal his earnings before he was president

The President of the Chamber of Deputies and member of the National Action Party (PAN), Santiago Creel Miranda, He again launched out against President Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO) for failing to answer questions about the acquisition of his assets and income during the time he was not President.

On different occasions, the candidate, also aspiring to the presidency, has questioned the federal president for not wanting to enter into the conversation. to clarify and prove your income in the 12-year period, especially after the president of the country himself criticized and pointed out that the blue and white man was corrupt.

It was during an interview with the journalist Aristegui that the deputy A member of the PAN again challenged the head of the federal executive, who underlined as a radical person, because he assured that his position is very well defined and that anyone who thinks differently will be designated as his enemy.

In this sense, Santiago Creel indicated that after the march organized on February 26 in defense of the National Electoral Institute (INE)President López Obrador was reportedly “angry”, for which he began to launch a series of “insults” and criticisms against the organizers, in particular the leaders of the opposition parties who led the demonstrations, and that he questioned about their income and assets.

These comments aroused the discontent of the blue and whites, who in response posted a video message addressed todirectly to AMLO so that, In the same context of his criticisms and accusations, he came out to testify about his income and thus demonstrate that he did not benefit in any way from public resources.

“Andrés Manuel has challenged you to tell us what you lived on for so many years before becoming president, where your income came from, and since all income is taxable, the payment of your taxes. That’s the issue and let’s compare to see who has benefited or not from the public service, ”said the presidential candidate.

And it is that, according to Santiago Creel, and despite what the Federal President maintains, he has indicated on different occasions that his income and assets they are recorded in the public accounts government, a situation that “keeps them calm” even in the face of prosecution by Andrés Manuel and his supporters.

But Santiago Creel’s reproaches didn’t stop there, as the blue and white assured that Andrés Manuel hid and concealed his assets with his family and friends, or in a place where they cannot be accounted for.

In addition, Santiago Creel took advantage of the space to reaffirm “his commitment” to the country and thus promote his candidacy for the presidency for the 2024 elections, especially with the supposed division that the federal president has built.
