Due to the large number of complaints received directly or indirectly on its social networks, the company responsible for the ticketing has published a statement on its Twitter account explaining that the collapse of the portal and its intermittent service is due to the fact that some 225 thousand people would have simultaneously entered your website.

RBD followers on social media have expressed their disagreement with the lack of foresight in the face of demand, especially given the level of summons reached on February 13 in Provence, when the concert was announced. The affair escalated to the point that several tweets on Twitter accused the label of favoring resellers to the detriment of the general public.

Although there was no shortage of those who took the situation with humor despite the inability to buy tickets, the dissatisfaction with the e-Ticket is evident, and This was made known by the RBD fan club in a statement posted on their social networks. In it, they charge that many tickets were not purchased by members of the club itself, leaving open the question of who did:

“As an official fan club, we want to express our disagreement with the REV pre-sale in Colombia, because at 7 a.m. we were on the queue page, and at 9 a.m. when they activated , almost everything was sold out, and what was not sold out He did not allow you to buy it because the page has been unavailable for more than an hour. True fans, no one, could not buy his tickets. Who sold them?, Have they been sold before?

Ocesa’s official account replied, as per e-Ticket, that this is a technical issue that they are working on at this time, reiterating their support and commitment to the fans. However, fan club account RBD responded more directly to what was suggested in the statement:

“Before the page fell, the boxes were already sold out. The “influencers” of the previous days already had theirs insured. It goes beyond having the page down: the boxes have been sold without being put up for sale”

It is worth remembering that the cost of tickets starts from 99 thousand to 920 thousand pesos, to which is added the value of the service. As for the boxes, the prices start from 10 million 500 thousand pesos to 17 million pesos, on the value of the service. For the moment, it is not known if new dates will be opened in the country, given the demand and the expectation of followers in other cities of the country to see another show of the now quintet.
