Prince Andrew and Virginia Giuffre have reached a plea deal in their sexual abuse case, according to a court document filed by Giuffre’s attorneys on Tuesday.

The parties plan to file a stipulation to dismiss the case within 30 days, according to the letter to federal Judge Lewis Kaplan.

The settlement amount will not be disclosed, the filing says.

Giuffre alleged in the lawsuit that the late financier Jeffrey Epstein trafficked her and forced her to have sex with his friends, including the prince, and that Andrew was aware that she was a minor (17) in the United States at the time. moment.

She also alleged that the prince sexually abused her on Epstein’s private island in the US Virgin Islands, at his mansion in Manhattan and at his ex-girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell’s London home.

Prince Andrew denied the allegations and requested the lawsuit be dismissed.
