Innsbruck – On Saturday at around 11.45 p.m. on the Burgenlandstraße in Innsbruck, a motorcyclist who was using his mobile phone while driving was asked to stop by a motorcycle patrol from the Innsbruck Traffic Inspectorate using blue lights and hand signals. However, the driver did not comply with the request, but drove at significantly excessive speed in the direction of Anton-Eder-Straße.

On the run, the 24-year-old Austrian collided with a car that was being driven by a 47-year-old German. Both drivers were uninjured, and the vehicles sustained significant property damage.

In the course of the subsequent check, it was determined that the 24-year-old did not have a driving license and that the number plates on the car had been removed from another vehicle. An alcohol test also revealed a moderate alcohol level. He is shown.
