83% of Argentines surveyed believe that what attracts centenarians It’s not the same thing that most adults appreciate. Among the factors that take new generations into account, only 18% of professionals consider that talents value salary first, while for 30% the hybrid or remote work modality is the most important.

This is not the case throughout the region. According to Ecuadorian and Panamanian professionals, centennials in these countries value salary above other factors, while those in Chile (30%) and Peru (29%) are close to 30% in Argentina.

On the other hand, unlike centennials, for 51% of Argentine professionals, remuneration is what captivates the previous generations the most, while for 24% it is the possibility of growing professionally in the organization. Conversely, the hybrid or remote working method is very little valued by seniors: barely 2%, according to specialists.

At the regional level, there is unanimity on the fact that in all countries what most attracts pre-centenarian talent is the salary: this option was chosen by 58% of HR professionals in Panama, 51% in Argentina, 48 % in Chile and Peru and 44% in Ecuador. Despite generational differences, for anyone aspiring to a job, 85% of Argentinian HR professionals say salary remains the most determining factor; only 15% did not consider it as such.
