The TikTok platform continues to gain ground. Young people, professionals, celebrities and even public officials have come to the social network in order to share useful information or just have fun .

In this context, while Michoacán is immersed in violence and insecurity, state police uploaded three short videos in which they sing and perform choreography to social networks, prompting the State Security Secretariat to initiate an investigation against them.  In the first two videos, two women and one men appear dressed in official uniforms , at the Michoacán Police facilities.

In one of the clips, policewomen dance to the catchy music, while a uniformed man follows the lyrics of the song.

While in the third video, a subject is observed in a montage who “punishes” the policeman with 10 slaps in the buttocks because he uploaded the videos to the Tiktok platform. These short videos caused the anger of the Secretary of Public Security of Michoacán, Israel Patron Reyes, who ordered an investigation into the events.

At the same time, the communication office of that agency reported that the undersecretary of Internal Affairs initiated the corresponding investigations.

And he concluded: “The institution will act in strict adherence to the statutes that govern the public servants of the police corporation. Acts that violate the principles under which the personnel should be governed will not be allowed.”

The funny policemen danced and sang in the videos, while Michoacán lives hours of insecurity and violence, mainly in the Tierra Caliente region.
