There Lima Metro Line 1 announced the temporary closure of the Station Atocongolocated in the district of Saint John of Miraflores due to “foreign causes”. This after reporting the presence of demonstrators on the bridge which bears the same name as the place.

“Dear passengers, we inform you that due to security measures, Atocongo station is temporarily closed for reasons unrelated to the operation,” reads the letter.
