As revealed, the series will show Messi as a child as he faces obstacles on a journey through a video game. This project will be aimed at children and young people and will feature original music by artists and composers from the record label.

Deadline reported that this project will be produced in English, Spanish and several other languages. It has been clarified that it will be Sony Music’s Premium Content division, which will produce this show in association with Leo Messi Management, the Argentine athlete’s company. The soccer star will oversee the development and distribution of the series.

There is still no release date and no streaming platform or TV channel will broadcast the expected show. It is not known if Lionel will lend his voice to this animated project. Since 2021, Messi has played for Paris Saint-Germain, where he scored 18 goals in 46 games, and also won a record seven Ballon d’Ors, the award for the best player in the world.
