Judge Martín Peluso, head of Court No. 9, sued Oscar Valdez yesterday, Monday, the man who, on February 14, killed municipal police officer Maribel Zalazar by stealing her gun as she tried to help him at Retiro station on line C of the metro. Along with the accusation, Peluso also demanded a medical committee “composed of professionals oriented towards the psychology and psychiatry of the forensic body of the national justice” to establish if Valdez had the ability to understand his actions.
