Justice prosecuted the man who killed police officers on the subway and asked a medical commission to find out if he is responsible

Judge Martín Peluso, head of Court No. 9, sued Oscar Valdez yesterday, Monday, the man who, on February 14, killed municipal police officer Maribel Zalazar by stealing her gun as she tried to help him at Retiro station on line C of the metro. The main crime charged is a doubly aggravated homicide by firearm and being the victim of a member of a security force, in addition to an attempted criminal homicide for shooting a witness at the scene, an employee of the Emova dealership, who was not injured.
