Adjusted profit before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (ebitda) in 2022 was €19 million ($20.13 million), compared to a loss of €350 million in 2021.
The numbers coincide with the business update the company released on January 18.
Revenues were €5.56 billion, compared to €4.55 billion a year earlier, and net losses were €5.67 billion, compared to losses of €1.04 billion .
The company recorded a book loss on the value of its stake in Brazilian iFood, which it sold for 1.5 billion euros, and recorded a non-cash impairment of 4.6 billion euros on the value of its American subsidiary Grubhub, which it bought for 7.3 billion euros. billion dollars in 2021.
Just Eat reiterated that it was trying to sell Grubhub, but had not yet agreed on a deal or timeline.
The company ended the year with just over 2,000 million euros in cash.
