The judge Juan Carlos Checkley rejected the Anti-Corruption Task Force’s request for power to impose on Alvarado the preventive prison and, instead, he imposed rules of conduct, in addition to the payment of a bond of 35,000 soles within three days of the publication of his resolution.
According to the magistrate’s arguments, the condition of procedural danger is not met for the former home ownersince his attitude was “acceptable”, since he himself asked that the constitutional accusation brought against him be approved so that the Public minister formalize the preparatory survey.
