According to the investigation, the victim, identified as Kevin Ricardo David Herrera 20 years old, had been shot in the head and the motorcycle, meanwhile, had no removal order.

According to what was declared by the inhabitants of the area, the young man was not known in the neighborhood and a few moments before being found lifeless, he had passed with his motorbike at high speed in Rauch Street.

According to what emerged from the autopsy, Herrera had a bullet wound with a dead end entry hole at the level of the right cheekbone, while at the same time he suffered from a head injury as a result of the subsequent fall of the motorcycle.

For their part, the relatives of the deceased assured that the young man had no personal effects missing, the investigators therefore ruled out the hypothesis of a robbery and considered the possibility that it was a reckoning.

On the other hand, police spokespersons clarified that Herrera had a criminal record since he was arrested in June 2019 in a case classified as “aggravated robbery”. The homicide is being investigated by the Esteban Echeverría 1 Decentralized Functional Instruction Unit, responsible for Marcela Ruiz.
