Una fuerte congestion registra en la localidad de Usme, en Bogotá, por cuenta de un siniestro viaal entre un bus y una motocicleta en la Av. city. For this reason, there is a bus blockade at the Transmilenio Usme gate and hundreds of people walking on the road to look for another transport option.
