‘I don’t want to live anymore’: Mother is devastated by the death of her 3-year-old daughter in an accident on the Panamericana Norte

According to the police report, besides the little girl and her parents, Felicita Obregón Torres, Richard Milla Obregón, Soledad Lizeth Saavedra Uchulun, AMS (8), Angela Fabiana del Rosillo Milla Saavedra and Zoe Ailan Milla Castillo were on board the truck.
