How do the “black widows” who drugged and killed Miguel Hidalgo operate?

On the morning of February 28, the employees of the Hotel Villas Patriotism they found a dead man and two unconscious men in one of the rooms. Presumably they were drugged to be assaulted because local workers said they arrived in the company of three women.

So far, two of the victims have been identified as “Rodolfo” and “Silvestre”, who are survivors. The identity of the alleged criminals remains a mystery.

However, all three men are known to have been stripped of their property. The attackers allegedly used psychoactive substances to carry out their plan and in doing so, ran into one of them.

In social networks they talked about it saying that “The leaks” they would have reappeared on the scene to continue their modus operandi: drug men to attack them.

The attack happened in room number 502 of the hotel. The site’s social media didn’t mention it, but its Twitter information reads: “The ability to extend the fun, we have an excellent location, top-notch facilities and impeccable service.”

The Mexico City Attorney General’s Office and the Mexico City Citizen Security Secretariat are already working to clarify the events that occurred early in the morning.

In photos circulating on social media, a messy room can be seen and a man without a shirt covering his face sits in one of the corners, a sign that he appears to have woken up and confused. Another of the victims also appears in the photographs, wearing a black shirt.

In the same way, in the images the trace of a party is clear: glass glasses, liquor bottlesclothes everywhere, containers of soft drinks and, in another photograph, the hands of the deceased, resting on the bed in the bedroom.

Social media users wrote ‘The hotel must collud then they have to show the cameras and their faces’, and ‘Is it my imagination or was someone sliced ​​in this place ago some months ?”

Survivors of the attack were taken to hospital for medical attention, as they reported severe discomfort from the substance in their bodies. It remains unclear exactly what drug was used in the crime, or how it was used.

This is not the first time that he Hotel Villas Patriotism It is the scene of crimes, because in 2018, a model and escort named Caridad and of Venezuelan nationality was kidnapped and then taken to a safe house in Xochimilco.

It was his friends who reported the case. The kidnappers demanded half a million pesos. They were captured by elements of the Attorney General of the Republic (PGR).

Another crime linked to the Hotel Villas Patriotismo is the feminicide of Michael Simonactress and model, who was wrapped in sheets and towels from this location before her body was dumped on the Picacho-Ajusto highway.

The hotel and others like it are known to be visited by clients and sex workers. The case of the drugged men is not the first of its kind, since the modus operandi is already known as “Las Goteras”, due to the drug in the form of drops used by the criminals.

There is information about the existence of several bands of this nature. Perhaps the most famous case is one involving two little wrestlers a few years ago, who sadly died in a hotel in historic downtown Mexico City.
