Next week will be held a new edition of Electro Fans, one of the promotional events promoted by the main brands of technology and home appliances, where consumers will be offered discounts of up to 40% and 12 interest-free installments for the purchase of different products.
The event is driven by strings Cetrogar, Frávega, Musimundo, Megatone.net, Naldo, Pardo and Coppel and will last 3 days: from next Monday March 13 to Wednesday March 15. “In this way, consumers will have the opportunity to access exclusive discounts and different promotions both in physical branches and online, with shipments worldwide,” the organizers said.

The channels currently offer discounts up to 30% and quotas for the purchase of summer products, such as air conditioners and fans. They also come from offering a series of discounts on back-to-school related products like computers, printers and cell phone purchase fees.
Current price sales at appliance and housewares stores totaled $202,550.2 million in the fourth quarter of 2022, representing a positive variation of 101.2% compared to the same period in 2021, as reported at the end of February by the National Institute of Statistics and Censuses (Indec).
Of the total sales, $45,954.0 million corresponded to establishments based in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with an increase of 90.9% compared to the same period of the previous year; while in the 24 matches of Greater Buenos Aires they amounted to 51,103.6 million, with an increase of 105.8% compared to the fourth quarter of 2021.
Between last September and December, the groups of articles whose sales increased the most were: “Televisions, video and photography”, with 43,914.5 million dollars and a percentage change of 202.7%; “Air conditioning equipment and air conditioners”, with $41,515.1 million and a change of 154.6%; “Small household appliances”, with 7,818.9 million dollars and a year-on-year increase of 91.3%; and “Personal care”, with $4,571.3 million and an increase of 87.2%.
Finally, the items selected with the greatest volume of quantities sold are: small household appliances, with 714,942 units; mobile phones, with 502,311 devices; televisions, led tv, smart tv, LCD and plasma, 486,927 units; ventilators, 462,774 units; air conditioning equipment, 338,648 units; refrigerators with and without freezer, with 158,893 units; and audio equipment, with 149,079 units.
