Ecuador activates emergency protocol for new mutiny in a Guayaquil prison

The security forces of Ecuador they activated the emergency protocol on Wednesday in the face of a new mutiny in a Guayaquil prison, reported the SNAI prison service.

“In the Guayas Deprivation of Liberty Center No. 4, protocols are activated in coordination with Penitentiary Security Agents and the Ecuadorian Police in the face of a new mutiny,” the brief statement said.
